Shepherd's Conference - Day 3

A fantastic day of incredible teaching today! We're all back in our hotel rooms and getting ready to leave for home early tomorrow morning but we've had truly great fellowship within our group of men and have all been challenged and edified by the preaching we've heard. Here are some of the highlights of our day.

With Ron Scrugg's gracious assistance, we got a tour of John MacArthur's office, conducted by his personal assistant. They let us snap a photo at his desk before we left. fun stuff and most appreciated.

Having the option to sit outside while the session are going on (audio is piped throughout the campus) allows us to enjoy the sunshine and discuss the teaching while it occurs.

The folks at Grace Community Church really go all out to take care of us. Lattes, slushies, all-day snacks, breakfast, lunch, free books, barbers and even a shoe shine station.

Lively discussion is always a great way to process the teaching we hear....

...but there's time for personal study and reflection as well.

Our time is always a little exhausting but also a lot exhilarating. We're all looking forward to coming home and sharing our experiences with our church families on Sunday!
