Stuck in Chicago With Those Albuquerque Blues Again!

Bob and I left for Albuquerque at 9 AM this morning, driving to BWI in order to minimize the cost of our airfare. We flew out of Baltimore around 2:30 and landed ion Chicago to make our connection to Albuquerque only to find out that our 1 hour layover was gradually turning into a 4 hour layover.

At this point, we are told that our plane will leave at 8:22.

I'm not hopeful.......

No explanation.... no amenities.... just "Sorry, we're running late." I think they weren't allowing for the incoming flight from Albuquerque being uphill all the way to Chicago!

For those who remember, Bob and I were stuck at Dulles and Denver last year. We were over 12 hours at Dulles and 10 hours at Denver! I love air travel....it's so efficient!
