Psa 30 - Praise (for God's deliverance)
Psa 31 - Trust (in God's refuge)
When reading Psalms, keep in mind that they are written by and through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit as is all Scripture. The things David says about God are not just his opinion, they are what God says about Himself, His self-revelation. All of it is unequivocally true and accurate.
