Quote of the Day
The current move in the church (universal) toward tolerance and acceptance of non-Christian perspectives is a dangerous one. We have to be careful who we align ourselves with and remember that our goal, as the Body of Christ, is to share the gospel not make this a better world to live in.
Here is a typical statement made by those who see our goal otherwise.
"Who's the man of peace in any village - or it might be a woman of peace -
who has the most respect, they're open and they're influential? They don't have to be a Christian. In fact, they could be a Muslim, but they're open and they're influential and you work with them to attack the five giants [of the P.E.A.C.E. Plan] And that's going to bring the second Reformation."-Rick Warren, May 2005,
World peace and unity with the Muslims and other non-Christians to bring about a New Reformation? I think not!
Mark 3 says this about world peace and unity:
12 “Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and have them put to death.
13 “You will be hated by all because of My name, but the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.
